What do I get for £79?
Everything. Temperature logs, checklists, cleaning, allergens, deliveries, EHO Inspection Mode, rotas, clock in, timesheets, AI invoice processing and training records. There are no add-ons and no feature tiers.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
On day 31 we charge the card you entered. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged. We email you before the trial ends so it never catches you out.
Do I need to enter a card to start?
Yes. We take card details up front so your records carry on without a break when the trial ends. You are not charged until day 31.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing in your account. No calls and no forms. Your team keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
We keep them for 90 days. Come back in that time and everything is where you left it. You can export your records as PDFs at any time.
What counts as a site?
One physical kitchen or service. A pub with one kitchen is one site. A group with three cafés is three sites. Pop-ups and trucks count as one each.
How many people can use it?
Each site includes 4 account logins for owners and managers. Kitchen staff sign in with a PIN, and PIN staff are unlimited.
Do you support multi-site operators?
Yes. Every site is £79 a month and you switch between sites from one login. Add or remove sites any time from Billing.
Can I subscribe in the iPhone app?
Yes. The app offers the same plan for one site, billed by Apple. To add more sites, sign up on the web.
Is my data safe and backed up?
Yes. Your records are encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up off-site. You own the data. Export anything, any time.
Is Reko suitable for food trucks and pop-ups?
Yes. The iPhone app keeps logging when the signal drops and syncs once you are back online. Pick 'Street Food (Truck/Trailer)' at signup and your checklists are tailored.
