Reko works on web browsers and as a mobile app. The web portal is best for setup and management. The mobile app (iOS and Android) is designed for daily logging in the kitchen.

Complete records in Reko demonstrate good practice but do not guarantee any specific inspection outcome.
Yes. The mobile app queues any logs made without internet connection and syncs automatically when you're back online. Essential for kitchens with poor signal.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't do refunds for partial months.

Data & Security

All data is stored securely on servers in the UK/EU using Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Only you and the staff members you add to your venue. We never share your compliance data with third parties. You control who has access.
Yes. Download PDF reports of your compliance records anytime. Scale tier users get watermark-free exports.
